The meal plans were very simple to follow no crazy diet which I loved and her words of encouragement weekly was the best made you want to dig for more. With this I had access to the app that showed me what excersises I was to complete and broke it down nicely. I am someone who needs to be told what to eat and I appreciated her day to day meal plan. It kept me on track and helped me loose weight while gaining muscle. I know I could not and would not have achieved what o did without her. Definitely recommend her program.
